1. Raw Content Day – “You Edit”

Good for ~1 month of content

You’ve got someone who can edit—or you’re working with an agency—but no one has time to actually film. We handle that part.

Up to 4 hours on site, typically including:

  • B-roll: outside signage, lobby, hallways, treatment rooms
  • TMS / other device shots (set-up, coil, chair, subtle action shots)
  • Staff interactions (front desk, techs, brief natural moments)
  • 1–2 short staff interviews or one patient interview (with proper consent)

You get:

  • All raw video files (uncompressed or lightly compressed)
  • Footage organized into simple folders (e.g., Clinic_Exterior, TMS_Room, Dr_Smith_Interview)

Pricing:
From $1,500 (travel outside local area may add cost)

2. Edited Content Package – “Ready to Post”

Same shoot as Raw Content Day, plus basic editing

Ideal if you want plug-and-play content for social and your website—without handing this off to already maxed-out staff.

Includes everything in Raw Content Day, plus:

  • 6–10 edited short clips (15–60 seconds) for Reels/Shorts/TikTok/LinkedIn
  • 1–2 simple 2–3 minute explainers
    • Examples: “What is TMS?”, “What to Expect from Treatment,” “Our Approach to Treatment-Resistant Depression”
  • Basic titles, lower-thirds (name/credentials), and your logo end card
  • 1 round of light revisions

(Add-on: extra clips or alternate edits can be priced in blocks.)

3. Signature Clinic Film – “Homepage Hero”

High-end 60–90 second video for your homepage and ads

This is your “about us” film: the one piece you’d want every prospective patient or referring provider to see.

Includes:

  • Pre-production call and simple outline/script structure
  • 1 day on site, focused on:
    • Hero interviews with your lead provider(s)
    • Intentional b-roll that follows the patient journey (arrival → evaluation → treatment → follow-up)
  • 1 polished 60–90 second main video (for website & ads)
  • 1 shorter cut (e.g., 30-second version for social/ads)
  • 2 rounds of revisions

Style: calm, professional, human—no overpromising, no “miracle cure” language.

(Travel, actors/voiceover, or advanced motion graphics are available as add-ons.)

How a typical shoot works

  1. Quick planning call
    We confirm what treatments you offer, what you want to highlight, and who should be on camera.
  2. Shot list + schedule
    We keep it simple: a short list of b-roll scenes and interview questions so the day feels organized, not chaotic.
  3. On-site filming (up to 4 hours for Raw/Edited packages)
    We work around your clinic flow. No big lights, no giant crew—just minimal gear and clear direction.
  4. Delivery
    • Raw packages: we transfer footage in organized folders.
    • Edited packages: we send labeled, ready-to-post files plus a simple guide like:
